DC Pro Solo I know I'm late with this but here are some pics I took at the pro solo last weekend. Caught some local riff raff. Wasn't around for long so if I missed you I apologize.
Thanks. DC Pro Pics where something lacking -- that is until now. Nice job!!
BTW, for anyone considering participating in the NE Divisionals at my favorite venue (other than Lincoln, NE), this Sunday there is an autocross and also a TnT at the Meadowlands (Met Life Stadium). I am planning on driving up that morning to arrive there at 8:30. It is a 3:15 minute drive for me from Columbia.
Here is video of the last event I did there less than a month ago:
The group is called Motorsports Northeast, and they normally provide 6-8 runs (seems more like 8 normally). The link is here: My link . I understand that the TnT will be after the normal event, so one could theoretically get a crazy amount of runs in the day. Link: My link or here: My link STR and BS are typically both in the "BB" class since they do not differentiate between R compound and street tires. Registration closes on Thursday night at midnight.
Thanks again for the pics!!

Your times were fast, and it looked like you were putting all that grip to good use. ... except you didn't have anyone to race with in BSP.
Maybe someone would let you co-drive their S locally so you could save money on tires and leave your very well prepared and possibly Nationals winning 350Z for SCCA tours exclusively?
My car is nearly off limits, but there has to be someone who could use some money or a contribution from a season long co-driver in the way of cheaper street tires, a set of wheels, sway bar, or who knows what else. It would likely be cheaper for you, more fun for the top of the class to have another excellent driver to compete against, and whoever owns the car might benefit from your feedback, in addition to whatever the agreement is between you.
Just sayin... great car, great driver, but nobody in the sandbox in BSP. STR = big sandbox, great cars, great drivers, great fun, great forum, and no crazy expensive tires.
Am I that far off??? discuss amongst yourselves..

My car had a terrible push all weekend. Wouldn't turn in or hold a line. I only plan to bring it out for SCCA stuff this year...and maybe some AI's. I sold my 9" RPF1's with fresh star specs. I'm thinking about getting a honda....just not an s2k. The current owner of said car is in here, though.

OK. I'm spent on this game.. I don't know my classes too well. I know the RX8 is now in STX, but that's a Mazda, not a Honda. I know that STR has Miatas, BMW Z3, BMW Z4, MR2, and some other car, but that's about the limit of my classing knowledge...
