Ouch,

I only ran stock AP1 wheels with my S2000 over the years. They held up to repeated curb abuse.

29 psi cold. It's not the curbing, but the absence of ground before the curbing stated (ditch), that did the trick.

There is a big hole on the left side up the hill from turn 3, it used to be filled in and just gave you a bit more track left to line up for turn 4.

I know, I HATE that hole...I always get fixated on it when I enter that turn thinking "What the hell would happen if my wheel slpped off into that right as I am fixing to turn?".

Sorry about your wheel Oleg. Need to order a new one? Or a new set of different wheels? Never heard back from ya.

This was very exiting, to be able to teach someone how to drive and see the progress in that student's driving throughout the day. What made it even more enjoyable, is the fact that student's car was Fr-s. Nice little car, very balanced and a bit underpowered. With tracktion control on, the car was very safe and predictable on the track. It was student's very first time on the track, and by the looks of it, he enjoyed it quite a lot!

On the other note, I've bend my driver side RPF-1 while hitting the curbing right before the bridge (high speed turn before you go over the hill). Surprizingly, the tire looks fine and there was no vibrations as I drove back home. The steering wheel was a tiny bit off and when I trided to put the car on the lift at home the side of the bent rim was sitting a bit lower then the other side... I took the wheels off and did some measurements of the suspension...nothing seemed to be off. I'll replace the wheel and put it on the alignment rack to see how it looks... I wanted to dial in more camber on the front anyways

Saw one guy with the red AP2 who was doing Time Trials, that's about it...
on becoming an instructor.

on the bent wheel. Although I am with Jim, I think it is fairly common with those wheels.

Yeah, I'm not sweating too much about it. I've already ordered a replacement, thanks for asking though Kevin! The thing that I'm still trying to figure out is how the hell the tire stayed completely intact!
Dave, it looks like I have a second car that needs an alignment now

Hey Oleg. This is Carlo. Was in the instructor clinic and had the red e36.
Sorry to hear about the wheel. Those wheels are very light but also very soft.

As for this hole/ curb. Are you talking about 2nd curb on left past track out ( after big cone they had) before bridge
