Single day track event for $165 at Summit point Jefferson on Sept 15 2013.

Mercedes Club of America is hosting this. Open to all makes/models (not just Mercedes). Typically there are at least as many if not more non-Mercedes at these events.

They are a fun, low key club. Typically you will get at least 3-4 20 minute sessions with low numbers of drivers which means more open track!

If you register before August 15 it is only $135!

Thanks for the heads up! That sounds like a good deal, and I haven't tried Jefferson out yet..

From want I can tell by reading driver info a roll bar is required. What I'm curious on is whether top has to be up or down.

Top down, that is usually Eastcoast rule. Westcoast, top up and when raining window up too...so what I've heard.:-)

I prefer down but Mercedes allows either.

Mercedes HPDE early bird registration (before August 15th) lowers the cost to $135!

Requiring a roll bar on Jefferson seems silly.

Mercedes usually does not require external rollbars for their SP events. They have always allowed the OEM roll hoops.
