I remember one time I was pulled over with 3 other s2000's. Surrounded by cops and K9 units with my top down in 20 degree weather. We were all well going over the speed limit by 50+ at least. However we were pleasant to the police and they were pleasant with us.

I've found that if you show cops respect they show the same to you. Also when you do something stupid then of course pay the consequences.

Also when you see a police officer do that. Get their car number and give their prescient a call. Doing nothing about it won't solve it.

This thread is kinda pointless, everything comes down to knocking on the cops on this forum lately, makes me sick.

I dont care what the cops are using as cop cars, its because there are to many morons on the road. Noone can own up to their own mistakes anymore, always with the "how to beat the police" threads. How about obeying the law and driving normal, and if you dont, I really dont care what you got pulled over for and I'd rather see you pay the fine and get the points, might teach ya a lesson.

Hell Ive been pulled over more than anyone around here lately, but it was MY FAULT and I never once question the officers judgement in pulling me over or ticketing me, I made my bed and I'm lying in it. DEAL WITH IT, have some accountability.
wait... but your friend just came back from iraq....

in the last few posts, you guys have made good points, some of which i agree with. but i still think that cops act like asses on the road many times where it's not warranted, and i can only see it happening more with the new tuned cars they will be using. i don't think that's discounting the fact that they do a lot for the public on a daily basis at all.

i've had good experiences with cops too. just last week i was pulled over for no reason and the cop just started asking me random questions and then let me go and was cool about it. also, i don't blame it on the cop when i do get pulled over for something that i know is my fault, even though it blows ass.

Ross, there's a difference between a cop driving wildly with a purpose and without a purpose. I've seen cops speeding and then a mile later see the same cop outside dunkin donuts. i'm almost positive it wasn't because he was going to die because of low blood sugar.

Holy shit! You mean they aren't perfect??? NO WAY!!!

You do it. I do it. Why can't they? Do officers need to be super human? If that is the standard, we are all in a load of trouble.

Dude, you have no idea what they are doing. How can you assume all this? Are you a police officer? Do you have friends that are police officers? You have NO IDEA what they do all day, or the long hours they work. Reading your posts about them playing on their computers, talking on their cell phones and going to Dunkin Donuts is absurd. Do everyone a favor and stop posting in this thread about how you think cops don't do their jobs.

If you have anything more to say about it, I'm done in this thread. Please PM me.

i'm kind of tired of this thread. i'm going to end by just saying that i go by what i've observed multiple times. oh and i never said a cop was playing on his computer
