fuel induction service to clean the intake? danger to manifold?

My car has always done this too. It's never stalled, so I've never worried about it.

Maybe Im callin it wrong but it's something to clean throughout the intake and car. while running it at a certain rpm. regardless of what it's called, it's fixed and I trust my father just a suggestion

Mine just did the same thing today. It will bog to about 300-500 rpm for about a sec then go right back to a normal idle. It hasnt stalled so Im not too worried about it. It happens to a lot of S2000's from what I have read over the last couple years
