well, theres always the quick way to reset your ECU. thats just to unplug the negative of your battery. let it sit for 15 minutes.. then plug it back in. it completely resets the ECU in your car.

mine does this too, i just hit the start button again and it stays at idle. The weather fluctuates so much where I live the ecu doesn't learn the cold weather enough to start right up from one day at 70 and the next at 20. I wouldn't worry until it gets really warm and the car does it.

Beware of modifications. If you install a turbo, there will be a dramatic change in the air/fuel mixture/timing. I suggest you look for someone who has the same make of turbo/air filter setup as you do. Ask about his/her problem/suscesses and resolve. I myself am torn between stock and modified. If I were to modifiy my 2000 s2000,the research/qualified people would be extensive before I'd have the work done. To put it in laymen terms. I feel your starting on too rich a fuel mixture, resulting in intial stall. Now I have to ask,When it gets real hot/summertime, is your engine running too lean. If so you could burn a piston. Big money! Theres a fine line and it gets only finer as you increase motor performance. good luck.
