Is there a possibility for me to get a used s2k for 14k or less? I am gonna get one soon but I need to get rid of my beater first (97 acura 3.2TL)

That is going to be a tough one. If you find one for that price I would seriously look it over and get a vehicle report before buying it. An S2k for $14k will most likely have a problem with it. The cheapest I have ever seen one go for was just over $16k and it was priced to move fast. A quick look on autotrader shows the cheapest one for just under 19k. Good luck!

Actually it is possible. A friend of mine bought a MY00 5 months ago for $14k. It did have high miles, something in the park around 100k, but it still ran smooth. So yes, it is possible, but you'll have to look high and low.

kbb says that a 2000 with 80k retails for mid $16s and one with 100k should retail around $14900. if that is your price range then make sure you find a car that has good service history. some of us on here, including myself, have higher mileage S2's and are still running like a top with good maintenance. good luck.

if there is a payment you have in mind you might be able to afford more car if you can figure out interest rates and terms and such. check that out before you do anything
