Chavs and Sierras
spotted a white Sapphire Cossie....with the biggest rear wing I have seen on a car....not with standing the fact it's in the turbulent air...........it had a positive angle of attack meaning that in fact it was more likely to provide instablity at speed.....knob'end

I was in my S showing a mate in his Elise 111S around some of the local lanes last Summer when I came out on a dual carriageway main road at some traffic lights.
A cossie was sitting at the lights, going in the opposite direction to me and my mate. He sees us and must have double backed because I suddenly saw him in my rear view mirror as I started to pull away from the Elise - I stuck to the inside lane and despite the fact that I had VTECHed all the gears and was about to hit the rev limiter in fourth, the cossie just waltzed by without any effort -

My mate has an Escort Cossie, and they are fast! I think he's running over 300BHP in it. I was VTEC in forth, changing up to fifth and he was all over my arse and just breezed by me.
It isn't the most reliable of cars though so I'm well ahead on that front.
