I hate to say this but! If you would do a search on oil; oil usage; break-in oil; and more, you will all get your answers. Danna has at least two threads on this and I have a couple myself.

Yes there is a break-in oil that Honda uses in the S2000, if you use oil during the break-in you simply top it off with the appropriate oil as specified in your manual for the driving conditions in your area.

Cuz I asked my local honda dealer today, they told me no also...
Damn!! I got a feeling about... I can't trust the Honda dealer no more..!!
