Thanks guys. yikes.

I think I'm gonna try Marks idea first since it hasn't fallen all the way in yet, just half way. If that fails, I'll go with Rick's method.

No plates, but silencers yes. You don't want to attract too much attention and the car is loud enough with stock. Can only imagine how loud you exhaust is.

When I had my S, I just took out the resonators. I was going to buy an after market exhaust and paint the mufflers black like OEM, but the resonators did enough for me.

pulling the bumper off takes maybe 10 minutes. once you have done it once it just gets easier and easier to do

Will the S pass the emissions inspection with the resonators removed?

Can you put them back in if you don't like the sound?

Sure, resonators don't affect emissions at all. You'd probably have to have them welded back in, but it can be done.

i was going to put on my front license plate but i can;t find it, so i guess i'll tell the officer that next time i get pulled over
