Windows 7

i've been using it since it went into beta last January.
love it.
it is faster than XP, has a more compact memory model, and has some nice new features.

I can't wait for my shiny new laptop to get here so I can try using it on a daily basis. I've played with the beta and rc versions too, but not enough to form a solid opinion yet.

This is technically the first Microsoft product I've actually purchased since Windows 95.

Yeah, I'm counting coming with a new PC as having purchased it... because I did pay for it in the end. I bought MS-DOS 5 and Windows 3.0 in the retail boxes without a new PC.
