The sad thing is that the Camaro still won't sell as well as a Mustang. There are some people who say they want a Mustang and don't even know what a Camaro is. I just don't know why, but even in Connecticut where there isn't as much of a redneck culture, the Mustang is the object of desire for car people and non-car people alike.

Sad indeed. I remember The Camaro repeatedly beating Mustangs in magazine reviews. They consistently offered more performance for the dollar, but people wanted a Mustang.
