I've always been curious about track insurance myself.
what happens when you tooling along quickly but doing nice-nice when some butthole overcooks it going into a corner and punts you along with your inside rear quarter, or worse yet puts you into a wall finishing the job?

does his liability coverage stay in force?

I suspect it is a caveat emptor while on track and if you do get any coverage consider it found money.

I guess that would be one advantage to having a videographer resident for track sessions.

This sounds strangely vauge, and I would not have insurance with that company if that is their definition, I can only hope it is more specific than what you say here.

According to that terminology Dave, any good lawyer could have a field day with this accident, as the car is clearly "off road".

Wll let me clarify off road as in a Track. I asked my ins co if I took my car to NHIS would it be covered. They said no. Works for me my car will stay in the parking lot. Although a rider can be purchased for track activities.

Ellen, as you lease your car the only thing I would worry about than is does taking your car on a track violate the lease agreement?

Ok, just got done with the PC. Have to say I like it. Did a wash this morning stripped the wax than hit it with a LC white pad and 3m perfect it foam pad glaze. This really cleaned the paint up nice has a light cut not enough to cut anything deep just enough to level the paint and cut the light oxydation. Next step was the new megs NXT 2.0 I have to say this is some nice stuff I applied with the Pc and a LC black pad it works on very easy and wiped off very very easily. It is much better than the original NXT. It does have some fillers and its been changed so that the cleaners in it are milder apparantly you could layer this upon itself if you wanted to. The fillers do a good job on the paint and overall I would recommend it. It does not seem to be feeding the paint as I saw no blotches anywheres in the paint. Finished up with S100 now this was a biotch! I applied by hand with a foam applicator. Wiped off with a microfiber. This stuff is feeding the paint as since I applied by hand I could see some streaking in the paint upon wiping it off. GRRR black does show everything, so I had to hit the car with a light water mist and work it in evenly this took an extra 30-45 minutes. I do have to say the car looks sweet. hopefully I wont do this again this summer! But than again I see myself doing something else to the paint this summer Im never happy long. Ahh the life of a wash and wax wacko!

I do like the 2.0

My car looked pretty good afterputting it on. The jury is out on the longevity and dust repelling quallity.

My car looked a shade darker than Kermit today with all the pollen. That's why I can't be overly anal about detailing this thing. I live in a heavily wooded area and no garage. I can only do so much.

I will give 2.0 a break on the pollen though because it is so heavy right now. I just don;t see it repelling dust like Zaino does though.
