Nice dude. I wasn't to far off. I just eat generic brand yogurt. That Chobani is gross lol. I don't do any suppliments either. A la natural. I found that if you do suppliments you have to always stay on them. What I used to do for cardio was ride starting near Queens center mall into Manhattan and do central park 2 to 3 times around the entire circle and back home. Another long ride I would do was hit Flushing meadow park then go to Forest park then out to Astoria park and back home near the mall. I used to be able to make it from past the mall to Astoria park in under 15min. The only thing that started to kill it for me was all the car fumes.

lol, yeah car fumes is a killer. The problem with bike riding is most of the time the bike is just cruising. Switch it up, play some ball this weekend and I'll give you more info. Supplements are bad?! Holy crap lol

Wish I could make it this weekend but I have a surprise bday this Friday night, another bday on Sat night and my cousins anniversary on Sunday. Another thing that keeps me out of the gym is my social life lol

Social life if a bad excuse!

1 hour of your day going all out in the gym is always attainable, at least a few days a week. Try going to the gym with a friend, kills 2 birds with 1 stone!

^^this

You need to make time meng lol

Buy a skin fold caliper to measure body fat. It's not going to be %100 accurate but close to it. Also, nick mentioned AM basketball game on Saturday, unless you plan on attending a suprise bday party in the afternoon you should make it happen.

Nick, are you free this sat 11am?

Best of luck to you man!
Be careful with Jack3D!! They dont sell it at GNC anymore and 2 Marines died from using it!! Try Universal Shock Therapy and Storm
