Nice which shoes? I like the nike+ shoes since it works with the iPhone to track your runs; etc.

im using the nike free run 2, AMAZING .. also run in a vibram kso if im doing obstacle work

Ha ha nice! I got the Nike .. something or other. Might be + but not sure. They fit and felt the best. I have a Nano and would love to keep track.

IMO running is so boring lol, playing a sport is so much better and you might even see faster results in a shorter time period if your diet is good. I usually use the elliptical machine at the gym after my workout unless I'm doing legs. Either way, some cardio is better than no cardio.

Yeah man running is boring for sure but it's a nice way to isolate yourself from everyone and clear the head. Work has increased 10 fold for me and by the time I get a free minute I want to just be left the frack alone! LOL. It's like going on that late night solo cruise at 3am

completely despise running long distances, but i like to play basketball and do sprints. only way to keep it interesting for myself
