Here's my take on this...

I think we all agree that whoever is responsible should be brought to justice.

HOWEVER, I think we should react with the same force if the terrorism is a from a foreign country or from our own. If news comes out tomorrow morning that a group of Americans from California masterminded the entire scenario, we are NOT going to "nuke" them, and we will be VERY careful with harming nearby innocents. For the same reason, It shouldn't be any easier for us to nuke a foreign country just because we don't personally know the residents. If the children are hating us while they eat their little candies, that's their right as humans. When they act on it, that's different. We can should react strategically and forcefully, but not heartlessly.

Yes, the kids are likely to grow up and be terrorists, but they are not terrorists today, and they can't be held responsible at that age for what their parents have taught them. Will innocent lives be lost if we attack? YES. But I don't think we should be careless about it.

Innocent people did not die to protect my rights. Soldiers die to protect my rights. Innocents dying from terrorism is just plain fvcked up. Soldiers do not go around pointing their fingers shooting whoever they please, they take orders to point their guns from people who have facts of the situation.

You can stick that finger up your ass for all I care, I will not be the target of your aggression. The only person who deserves that is the assailant, whos identity is still only an assumption by ignoramuses who do not have anything near all the facts.

You were all pointing just as hard at bin-laden after oklahoma city so bite your tongue. that's all i'm saying.

Tell that to the countless civilian nurses, doctors and support personnel that died in WWII

Agreed

Nice! You kiss you mother with that mouth. Don't flatter yourself. I'm not directing aggression or any thing else towards you. I was simply trying to make the point that your opinion is just that, your opinion.

Dude, these guys are just scared and trying to do anything not to get their butts kicked. What would you do if you knew the US was gunning for you. In my opinion, anything threats from Afghanistan are just empty threats. We are definitely going to strike back with a vengeance, and we have the support of the entire world community.

Guys, listen to what you are saying.
No matter what happens, we will only attack military and military related targets. We may even go as far as attacking "suspected" targets. But if we just "target" civilian for dancing on the street (in middle east and in paris) that will make us the same evil terrorist we seek to destroy.
Do justice, not hate!

Uhhh, don't know about that, Ahfghanistan would be a formidable opponent and a long and difficult war. We wouldn't be fighting hungry Iraqi soldiers but zealot muslims. The Taliban is beloved by the people for clearing out the warlords like Masood and restoring a semblance of peace. The US had done its share of bombing so our hands are not totally clean. Let's not forget Bin Laden was trained by American operatives. I think it's critical we do this the right way, what that is I have no idea.

We are in a death match with the Muslim world. The only reason they didn't use a nuclear device is because they don't yet have the means. But they will one day.

After our two weeks useless air strikes, they will regroup and they will be back and maybe it will be with a chemical / nuclear / biological device.

America must unleash a conflagration death the likes of which the world has never seen. America should commit to using nuclear bombs on the responsible governments. That's right, we should kill five hundred thousand people. If that means global nuclear war. fine. American must be the last man standing or make sure no one else is.

But we won't. We'll waste our time seeking UN approval. Already we're talking about "proportional responses" and "coalitions."

I think if these people want to go to Aallah so soon, send them now....all of them.
If we dont do it now, our kids will be the ones flying into buildings and jumping out of skyscrapers....look at those pictures one more time.
