just use a bittorrent

Also the workout is a small part of the program, DIET is going to really play the largest role, its actually not too bad, just have to eat a lot and spend a lot of money on quality food

Yes make sure your diet is in line, exercise is nothing more than a supplement to reaching your fitness goals.Make sure your in a calorie deficit and than focus on your macros and finally exercise regimen.

I really like p90x,real simple program to follow that allows you to maintain or raise your LBM.

I have almost all of the videos on my computer and will start this program in 2 days. I have some questions though.

I'm 5'7" and ~120 ish pounds, which means I don't have a ton of fat to lose. I'm wondering if this program is geared towards just general fat loss or muscle gain.

I'm looking to gain muscle mass, but I'm not entirely sure this is right for me.

Second, the only "supplement" I plan on taking is Muscle milk. Nothing wrong with that, right?

Thx

Actually there is. I have loved muscle milk for years. But there have been studies showing a lot of main streem protein powders contain trace amounts of heavy metals. Muscle milk contained lead. And by the way MM is a meal replacement and not just a protine supplement.

For just protine suplement I would recomend sun warrior protine. Add the carb suplement for extra cals to make a meal replacement or to add cals to the diet.
BTW Real whole food is way better than any suplement or replacement.
Recommend you look up "Will Brink" and purchase his Ebook. It will give you the knowledge to come up with exactley what combo of protine carbs and good fats you need to eat to feed the muscle and starve the fat. Another person to look up is "skinny Vinnie" his work out program is perfect for you.

Dam how I wish I was in your boat. Look into this program:

Anyone who knows anything about lifting knows about Mark Rippetoes strength program.

I noticed that most of you had good BMI's before you started the program. How damning is this for fat guys? I'm sitting at 5'8" and around 215 lbs. I have strong arms and legs but my stomach looks like a boulder in a pond.

Can I lose a lot of weight or is this just a tone-up? (I would be sticking to the diet)

Congrats on finishing!

I've been on a regular gym program for about three months and while I see massive improvement in both cardio and weights I can push I don't know if I'm ready for a get-ripped program. I'm doing this just to lose weight and gain some endurance to mountain bike with friends. I'm still sitting with Puredrive on the body type, just a three inches taller and starting to get some muscle definition.

Should I try P90'ing until I drop anyway?
