Anybody complete the P90x program?

I wasn't exactly a couch potato 90 days ago, but now that I'm finished, I'm going to change it up a bit, go for more size mostly.
There is a 6 pack under there, I can feel it. Just covered by that layer of easter cream eggs

I see a difference. Especially in your shoulders. I bet your pants fit looser.
And you probably realize a lot of difference in your physical/cardio performance. Its a nice feeling to finsih, but even when you get to hate some of the workouts, you will still probably do them occasionaly because you know how much they kick your butt!
I have been having some back trouble but I think I am going to go through the program again this summer when my work schedule gets slower in June. IF I can stomach it.

im by all means not fat - just starting to see my body change a bit. small guy and small handle. im only 5'11 150lbs currently. my current calorie intake for a day is probably roughly less than 1800. i generally burn off 200 during my cardio workouts at the gym.

the last one is till current: weight workouts to all body parts - 3-5x a week, cardio 2-4 miles a day - 3-5x a day.
im aiming for lean and some muscle, more of a toned structed and some popped out abs. the past 3 months have made a subtle change but not what i was expecting.
torrenting this workout now and gonna give it a try starting next week. april - july. lets see how goes it.

just finished p90x today...feels great to be done and the results are phenominal. im the type of person who who does things either balls out or nothing, and this workout has benefitted me in so many ways. i do believe you have to be in pretty decent shape to start, just because from day one its fast-paced. i'm going to take 2 weeks off from p90x and do my own thing. i mean, 90 days straight of dedication is physically and mentally tough, not to mention staying away from some of your favorite foods. im sure many people who have completed p90x can back me up when i say if you just put all the bullsh*t aside for 90 days, you can make a healthy transformation instead of going on these fad diets for a few weeks. if you have the time to do it, suck it up. you wont regret it.

Besides the back hair being gone, your shoulders are the next biggest visual improvement.
