Anyone ever use ALLofMP3.com?

No. Re-read my post. As far as I'm concerned Allof are just another version of Limewire only they're profitting from it which IMO is a If I'm gonna be spending money on my music it'll be going to the artists not some shady company that portrays itself as being somewhat righteous to gain the moral market when really it is no different to napster etc.

sorry, but the laws in this country are not the absolute last word on morality or "rightness." Allofmp3 has been challenged in court, and won. To me, that is an official endorsement. You can steal all you want, but don't try to suggest someone selling what you steal is worse than you. They abide by Russian law, and are free to peddle their wares world-wide, just like everyone else. Are you suggesting that buying pot in the Netherlands is "wrong" because they make money selling something illegal in the US? Or is it the poverty-stricken RIAA member corporations that cause sleepless nights? The "artist" never sees a dime of what you buy in a music store, in most cases, as the record company has already paid the artist. Ever buy a "greatest hits" collection? Then you have robbed the "artist." Collections of already recorded music are essentially free money to record companies, as they already paid the artist for the music, and are just re-selling it for the same price as a new recording. Not every artist gets royalties, and even those that do don't stand a chance of ever seeing anything after a few years of release, once people have stopped buying the original album.

As far as I am concerned, Allofmp3 is far more honest than retailers like iTunes. At least the Russian seller doesn't charge as if they have any overhead beyond IT and bandwidth. Companies like Sony and BMG could learn a thing or two from them.

Try getting any non mainstream music at 320kbps off of limewire and let me know if you can find it. I appreciate sound quality and there is a huge difference between 128kbps and 320kbps.

Allofmp3 lets me find and listen to albums that are very hard to find.
