Shit like this makes me ashamed to be a future lawyer. It just baffles me that any lawyer would even consider taking on any of these cases. Also, I believe that the lawyers have to at least research the matter--as well as the potential client--before taking on the case.
And did you hear about the "nappy-headed ho" who's suing Don Imus for defamation of character or whatever cause of action she's suing for?
