anyone taking supplements at the gym?
Listen, if you guys like the look of those floating in the air asses, the ones you can put a lunch tray on, be my guest, its not for me.
You get a much nicer ass IMHO from swimming laps or running...
BTW, the "big asses" are not muscle. Glutes are tight muscles, and cannot/do not stick out like that. Those big butts are simply fat, with no cellulite......yet, thats why they look good...

I take tae-bo classes wednesday, thursday, firday 1.5 hours each day, and Sunday , Monday, Tuesday I run 3 miles and weight train for about 40-60 min. while mostly working on my chest, lats, shoulders and abs, running seems to be doing fine for my legs and beside they've always been stronger as I walk on my toes. I take in anywhere between 1800-2200 calories, I only take a multivitamin.I also have only eatin organic(unless I'm eating out) over the past couple months.
Supplements won't do crap. Ephedra and other things like that can dangerously raise your blood pressure and potentially give you a stroke or heart attack. Consistency and a reasonable diet are the best. If you keep at it and lay off of the french fries you'll do a turn around. It takes me 6 weeks of dicipline to go from flabby to hardbody if I am consistent.

Diet is 90% and exercise is 10%
It's simple, if you want to lose weight, make sure to burn more calories than you are consuming.
As far as supplements go. They do help, but only if supplemented with a good nutrition regimen. If you don't already know, try to get 5-6 mini meals instead of 3 large meals, this way it is easier for your body to digest the food.
Good luck in losing the weight. With a proper diet and exercise, I'm positive you will reach your goal.

Usually I just loose the weight doing a low carb diet and then once that has happened I maintain with working out. Then I add a few carbs and use the energy to build muscle.
