Body building
Gaining weight without bulking is going to take a long time.
You should bulk then cut
I've gained 30lbs over the last two years. I realized I wasnt eating enough.i eat about 6 times a day now.
Also the easiest way to put on lbs is by doing legs. So squat your butt off

Damn everyone on s2ki are meat heads I'm not trying to get like super buff. I just want to get a little more muscle mass more into the ripped look, Dude I'm not extremely skinny im 5'10 and weigh 150lbs. But its true ive seen results in doing dead lifts and especially power cleans
Lift heavy, do compound lifts (dead lifts, squats, bench), don't focus on isolation lifts (bicep curls, lol), be consistent, and eat A LOT (but make sure it's clean food, not Taco Bell/Burger King), try drinking calorie/protein dense beverages (like whole milk, protein shakes, shakes with protein/milk/fruit/peanut butter/ etc).
Seriously, how the #### should we know if it's good. Do you actually stop and think before posting? Unless you put significantly more thought into what you put in your face than the last post I'm going to go ahead and say no.
