Quoted for future fraud case.

Get a 2nd or 3rd job, and pay it off ASAP.
i was gonna bury it in the back yard for ten years.

Good question. Is there a penalty?
i don't think there's a penalty, but i do have to pay the last months interest if i pay it off. lord knows why?

and one more thing for all you who are bashing me for being irresponsible, back when i got the car and when i refinanced it with my bank. i had no problem making those payments. the stupid economic crisis caused my employer to make 15% pay cuts and we didn't have very many options for overtime. a second job is not an option, finding another job would be worse, i would have to start over on less pay. and my profession is difficult to find any position.

It would be difficult to argue that accepting the 17% interest rate was not irresponsible. The only justification I can come up with is being ignorant of the math.

you might be mistaking irresponsible for uneducated in finances and for being taken advantage of by the bank, and i was pretty much lied to by them.

if anyone's gonna keep putting me down. don't bother posting
