does your holster have a belt clip on it? There's a nice little spot under the steering column where I clip my garage door opener - might work there....
I will definitely take a look at that tonight when i get home. However i truly do not believe the holster i have at this time will support the force under heavy acceleration to stop the pistol from coming out... a local friend suggested a paddle holster, which i am planning to look into on my next day off.

This is not an anti-gun statement: I truly pity you. I believe you can only truly be free when you don't need a gun.

yeah man, i wouldn't put it anywhere where it can fall accidentally whether by my leg hitting it, or acceleration. you might shoot yourself.

And in all honesty i agree with your statement, understand it and respect it. However my father & step-mother have received two calls in the middle of the night from someone who wasnt an acquantance... this is not a call i want my mother to ever have. I cannot leave my own car parked infront of our house unlocked without having problems.. you say "i cannot truly be free until i dont need a gun".. go tell that to the thugs down the road selling drugs at night where my sisters bus stop is the next morning.
you call it pity.. i call it self defense

If you are anti-gun's i can respect that
Bleh whatever. The cat is so far out of the bag there is no point anymore in the U.S.

I keep a modified Remington 870HD in my trunk, it makes pretty holes in stuff:

You took a shotgun to a target range! Surely that's cheating!

Life is full of pain.. i've learned to live through it and make the best of what i do have.
also, the last time i looked at a map, there wasnt a little box saying "violence and crime zone". punks thugs and dealers are everywhere bro... how long do you think you can be at your new location before it happens again?
