aim once shoot once.. if you have to pull the trigger more than once.... i'd have a hard time fitting mine anywhere in the stook... except the trunk (not my picture... though mine has the same stock and barrel and a long ass scope)

Not trying to take this thread any further off-topic than it already is.. but oh well

After reviewing this thread I am personally pondering the idea of purchasing a new more compact handgun. I have heard numerous good things regarding the H&K, SIG, and Glock Pistols. However i need something that is really compact with not much recoil, please do keep in mind i'm 5'6" 125lbs with very small hands. I need something that I will feel comfortable with.
I have experienced Sig, Glock, Beretta, Colt, S&W as handguns go. For the longest time, I was against Glock (military brainwashed). Well, cicrumstances have brought me to be a true Glock fan.

Glock 26 (9mm, compact) would likely fit you just fine. Not too costly, very reliable, requires minimal maintenance, and if you feed it a decent 9mm round such as CORBON, you'll certainly have the stopping power of any .40 cal out there. Just my 2 cents.

Harsher punishments don't work as a deterrent to crime. Thats how our country got started
harsher punishment does deter crime

when the communist took over china some 50 years ago. the penalty was death ( public execution ) for many even relatively minor crimes.

example: drugs. the taker and dealers were publicly executed right away.

results: no more drugs in china ( until more recently as china became a capitalistic state )
