This could be taken differently.

lol that guy is retarded.

i work at a Honda dealer and we get calls from some warranty place telling us that our factory warranty has almost expired and we should renew with them. im like "wtf this is the honda dealer..." its an automated thing and i dont bother wasting my time actually attempting to talk to a real person. its also funny b/c it really pisses off the grumpy old man that sits next to me haha

When did the solicitor mention he was in the Petroleum pipeline?
It was in the .pdf attachment in the company profile with his original email. To add, he was rude to the receptionist when she said I wasn't available and he told her to page me like it was a life/death situation. He was obviously a tool.

Every once in a while we get a day here where some big bank/investment firm tries to solicit us to come to a "retirement planning seminar." It's amusing, because you can hear phones all around the cube farm ringing in order. So the first one will let them speak a little, and then politely excuse themselves. Then the next guy's phone rings, and he's a little less polite. This goes on for 5 or 10 calls, and then I've been known (when I'm later in the queue) to just pick up my phone and fairly shout "NO!" and hang right back up. Gets a few chuckles.

We've got caller ID; try it without it at your own risk.
