Also Mohs surgery, where tissue is removed and put under a microscope. Then more tissue is removed, if necessary, and put under a microscope. The process is repeated, if necessary, until all the cancerous tissue is removed. I've had this procedure three times, the last this March.

You didn't even include pics of the spot, so if a Derm was on here the person would be able to answer it.

It's probably not healing because you keep picking at it.

Try putting a bandaid over it so you don't pick at it or put a thin piece of gauze so you don't pick it. Let it breathe, but quit touching it or it'll never get better.

Maybe it's a case of eczema. I know I have rough elbows thanks to my dad's side of the family, but they don't itch, just rough.

i had this bite of some sort from an insect. I picked at it for last 3 years. Now it's some sort of mole or something.

stop picking at it.

maybe u should get that checked out man. 3 years is pretty long.

even if i do pick at scabs, it would eventually heal. but this shit isnt healing.

oh well, appointment on thursday. wish me luck!
