the ends justifies the means blacks2k. The way I think about it is if you can pay for something that is going to make you happy every time you use it, regardless of how of a percentage of you income you make, then buy it. I mean that theory eventually is nullified because of bigger resposibilities like family etc. but if you have no one else depending on the money then go for it.

I'm just a scumbag welder but I really enjoy being able to make something out of nothing. I love watching all of the "building" and "fabricating" shows on T.V. It's not a glamorous job, but it pays enough for me to own a home, my S and a daily beater.

And like one of the previous posters said, the only thing I hate about my job is getting up early.

scumbag? i hope you were joking about that. Scumbags are the people on the side of the road with signs saying "need help, homeless, god bless" IMO.

no I really dont have a ways to go just because it is my belief that anyone and everyone can find a job, especially if they are standing on the side of the road holding up a sign they have the time to at least fill out a job application. If you say they are illiterate then how could they have written the sign that they are holding. Also I have witnessed a "homeless" person walking to their car, getting in, and driving off. I have worked in homeless shelters for Christmas/Thanksgiving and do I pity the people that are truly homeless, but I do not pity the people that do not try to get a job and think that by standing on the road, having people feel pity, and get donations day in and day out to live - those are the scumbags.
