Work.... the curse of the drinking class.

 

Here's another benefit I recently learned about. actually two of them.

I had a cholestrol test done recently, and my doc said that I have a slightly high cholestrol - 208 (which I've always had). On the other had he said that my good cholestrol was extremely high. He then asked if I drank and excercised, and I said yes. He explaied how alcohol increases your good cholestrol. I was pleasantly surprised.

The other benefit, I noticed on my own is that I never get sick now. I have a drink or two almost everyday. I don't get the flu anymore, and if I do it goes away quickly. could the alchol be killing the germs in my body?
