DSL problem...need help!

VTEC, I have a mess of filters at my place in Richmond (I see you're in Berkeley). I work in the Biggedy "O" (thus I pass Berzerkely everyday) so if you want three or four free DSL filters, LMK

I am in the middle of a Verizon DSL nightmare. I signed up for the $29.95 monthly residential package at the end of September. I received the hardware right away (filters, Ethernet wires, modem, etc.) The service ready date was set for 10/28. When 10/28 arrived I received an email that said the service date is postpone till 12/3

On 10/28, my land line went dead, no dial tone. So I have no DSL and dial tone. I got an email two days ago that said my DSL service is ready. But I still don't have a dial tone

thanks. i might just take you up on that. i need to go around the house to see if filters are what i really need to resolve my problem first. btw, what's biggedy "o"?? is that big o tires?? cuz, i'm in the market for some new tires for my bmw...
