Having this now:

Not too bad, bit bland.

One of my faves:

I had the dunkel/dark version and it was GREAT. Waiting to try this one later.
Erdinger is good, my fave is Franziskaner for Hefe.

Dogfish Head 60 min is a great IPA, the 90 and 120 min are just a little over the top for me.

Not a fan of IPA at all so I cannot comment.

As for Hef, American hef and German hef are VERY different. For American hef, my fav is:

Uintah Golden Spike Hefeweizen, which is based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

As for German hefs, my fav is probably Franziskaner hefe weissbier dunkel .

I *love* IPAs. Massive bitter hops = me happy. I actually don't like dogfish head IPAs as much because they're too malty but to each his own.

My favorite two beers ever: Stone Ruination, Bell's Hopslam

tuna, you have to have a Randall-ized beer then. Ridiculous hop taste, like you're eating them, except you're drinking them.

Triumph's Hopdevil is a great Imperial IPA if you've never had it.
