Dogfish Head 60 min is a great IPA, the 90 and 120 min are just a little over the top for me.
Not a fan of IPA at all so I cannot comment.
As for Hef, American hef and German hef are VERY different. For American hef, my fav is:


Uintah Golden Spike Hefeweizen, which is based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
As for German hefs, my fav is probably Franziskaner hefe weissbier dunkel .

I *love* IPAs. Massive bitter hops = me happy. I actually don't like dogfish head IPAs as much because they're too malty
but to each his own.My favorite two beers ever: Stone Ruination, Bell's Hopslam
tuna, you have to have a Randall-ized beer then. Ridiculous hop taste, like you're eating them, except you're drinking them.
