Forming a compnay

As some of you may know I formed an LLC to contain this here venture into the unknown. Well I have to say that I am most impressed by the company I formed it through

I signed on to www.delawarecorp.com, filled out the LLC application and gave my credit card. 24 hours later they sent me an email saying it was formed (on a government holiday no less). I just received the docs today, minute book, membership certs, seal (which I cut my thumb on)
all in a nice binder with slip cover. Very highly recommended if you are planning to start a business.
