Stretch out 6th gear or just make the bar at the bottom of the gearing options wider. I haven't been able to play the past couple of days, but I will tonight for sure. Has anyone completed most of the amateur (why can't I spell that word?) races and is working on pro yet? EDISNIone how much money did you get for that endurance race? Did you win?

Thats the fuel cutoff on the rev limiter you're hitting, as skitz suggested, widen the gears a bit.
I change the gears around til I get the fastest acceleration and still can hit a good top speed in the straights quickly

guess I'm coming to the party late...

How the heck do I turn TCS and ASM off?!

I'm in Simulation Mode, driving a Miata. I've turned TCS and ASM off in the global options menu, which seems to affect Arcade Mode (and the license tests?) I can go into the setup menu to adjust car settings, and the only settings it lets me change are TCS and ASM (cause I haven't bought a brake balance controller, adjustable suspension, etc.), so far so good. I can turn TCS and ASM down to 0, but I can't save the changes!!! Hitting X has no effect. I have to hit one of the other buttons, which restores the previous setting. I can tell that they're still on because TCS and ASM flash in the tachometer display (and the car pushes).

Can anyone help me?

I have an S2000 fully maxed out and when you change the gear ratios to be wider, you can squeez 230+ mph out of it...

I have a mitsubishi 3000 vr4 with 1002 hp... My money car... It recovers really well...

I have an integra Type R fully maxed out and a Civic Type R... You can actually mod the Civic out more because you can get Stage 3 turbo and only stage 2 on the ITR..

 

I've had it for a week or so and have my Nissan Skyline GTR V-Spec II powered to 1020 HP. Very proud of my new toy

 

I was a little disappointed by the Spoon S2. I wanted to put a turbo on it to make it faster than my Type V, but it's not an option. I'm assuming you can't put a turbo on the Mugen S2 as well.

 

I started modifying my Skyline with the Stage4 turbo and what a mistake I did. I play this game without a steering wheel and with TCS and ACS off so I cannot corner, the car is too damn powerful. I need money to modify the suspension and brakes.

 

You can always change the turbo back to the lower stages in the chage parts screen. You can also try to do a subtler increase in speed instead of just mashing the accelerator. When I come out of turns, that's what I do. Otherwise the rear comes lose.

 

You guys suck My gf was in town all weekend, so I haven't been able to play much. Right now I only have 7% done and the only car I have is the Miata. I'm saving up for my first money car.. should have enough tonight. What do you guys like for your first money car? GTR? S2000? Cobra R? Evo? RUF? S4?
