there are crossfit gyms popping out everywhere. i tried it for a month. yea it's a crazy workout but i can't see myself doing that everyday or every other day. i feel like it's just burning off my muscles. not to mention they are like $300+ a month.

my buddy introduced me to Growth Stimulant Training. he is super cut now and he's always been on "round" side. he was never fat or fit just soft all over but now he is super cut. i am only in week two so i cant tell you the real results yet. but i can see it might help me get into shape.

I know what you mean about the $$$ for a crossfit gym. Around here it is $100 a month which compared to other ones is not bad, but still a lot of $$. The nice thing about crossfit is that you can do most of the workouts anywhere. Just look on the main crossfit site crossfit.com (or you can look at one of the other many crossfit websites) and you can see different workouts of the day. I basically make mine up with what exercises I like and what equipment I can work with at my regular gym. As much as I would like to go to a crossfit gym I can't see myself paying $100 a month when I get to use a gym for free at work. I have been doing a lot of workouts where you mix up 3 different moves for reps of 21-15-9 (for example, clean and press - burpees - pullups). Or 50 reps of pullups, 50 reps of deadlifts and 50 pushups. The first crossfit workout I did was 'murph' which is 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile run.

A sick warmup I do which I normally incorporate into my workout is doing Pullups, dips and pushup 15-20 reps each for 10 sets

Big fan of reps.....

I've a few exercises that I do. Maybe 20.
I do perhaps 4 or 5 exercises in a session, and push to 300 reps each.
Takes time, well worth it..

i have been trying the 100 rep thing with curls, shoulders and a few other body parts... holy shit do i feel like a pussy.... doing curls with 65lbs....same with military presses.... 25-30 reps first set, 12-15 second set then about 10 each set after that.... takes a lifetime but each time I have been extremely sore from it..

Incorporate it Inbetween sets of my regular workout then yeah 150 pull ups, pushup and dips in 1 1/2 hours ain't so bad if you do it as a warmup I need a spot come the last reps of the last few sets.
