high people drive more safely than sober people. they tend to drive slower, less prone to road rage, just better in general.

You're assuming an equal level of skill/alertnesss with the sober drivers. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that if you're stoned, your reaction times aren't exactly stellar and your ability to be connected to the reality of a situation is compromised. Remember, pot is a hallucinogen.
you have never seen a stoned person play video games obviously
but, in general, most stoned drivers are extra careful about obeying all traffic laws because they are stoned.

I'm embarrassed to say I've driven stoned several times (back in tha day!) and my best friend loves to remind me of the time we were stopped at a 4-way stop for an unknown period of time and she asked me if I was waiting for the light to change.

We're not talking about video games, we're talking about real life driving.

you have never seen me behind the wheel stoned...then...btw i have no accidents and only 1 ticket pending my court date on the 22nd of this month. the ticket was for allegedly rolling a stop sign, which I DIDNT!!!! ####ING FACIST BASTARDS TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY OUT OF ME.
i wrote in a trial by declaration using ticket assasin and got denied so now i have to take a half day off to go to court. b000000. i dont wanna tarnish my clean record.
but really there is only one way to determine reaction times in a car. lets race me vs you. i take bong rips and we see who is faster around the track lol...jk
