I cant seem to get any avatars that I make small enough...
They fit the size requirements but I just cant get the file size small enough.
I have tried saving the picture with the lowest quality on photoshop.
Can anyone give me some advise on make the size of the file smaller?
I save them all as .JPEG

 

blur them out.....then resize them the size u want
blurring make the file way smaller and muck more sharper looking while small(avatar size small)
