You should try my fix listed above.. PM me if you want detailed photos about how to go about doing this. It is a LOT easier than it sounds (like all computer issues). The conflicting drivers will NOT show up under device manger... they usually do not. Also get msconfig (off a win98 machine) and disable ALL under the startup section. I would be suprised if these two steps did not work.

doing the ENUM fix is usually a last effort for Win95. you'll have to reboot many times so everything redects and reinstalls the drivers. who knows, could be 5-8x's of rebooting to detect everything.
