I am 21 and shop only at AE. Reason being that their clothes dont shrink that bad, hold up well, and are still really comfortable. I also hate muscle fit shirts and am tall/slim, so their classic/tall shirts fit me really well. As far as footwear its either rainbow sandles or nike shox (most comfortable shoes ever).

My wardrobe cycles constantly.

These are solid color, no-iron dress shirts. So long as I'm a 15.5x34 and I don't sweat profusely these shirts could last forever.
i get that. my point being colours come and go out of style too.

we have the same shirt size.

tshirt and jeans. I have some nice clothes, but I don't see occation to wear them.

Plus it's safer to look like you don't have any money. Less likely to get victimized.
LOL

you never have a meeting, conference, fundraiser, party to go to? get a life man!

victimized? LOL by whom? do you think everyone that wears nice clothes get mugged or something?

you're weird man....

To meetings I wear t-shirt and jeans. I haven't really done the other things. I prefer to spend the majority of my time away from work with my kids. I wear abercrombie t-shirts because their cut is perfect for me and the cotton they use is soooooo comfortable. I wear Diesel jeans because they are so comfortable. New balance 991 or 992, you guessed it.........

I have nice clothes, but I live a pretty simple life right now so it doesn't matter to me.

The victimization happens. California is a prime place too. My friend accidently hit a person in a parking lot with her car. The person got a small cut on her ankle as the accident happened at about 3mph. She tried to help and said, "I'm a doctor, let me look at it." Next thing they knew a lawyer was calling looking at insurance limits and personal assets.

You won't find me showing off wealth, no sir. Like WFO racer said, if you don't like me because I don't dress a certain way, I don't care. It's more in the way you carry yourself and talk. When I walk into the Lamborghini dealership in jeans and a t-shirt, the guy knows that I mean business after 1 minute with me.

While I am reading this I am looking at the picture in your avatar and that is exactly what you have on except if I remember the story correctly, the mountain dew is not the logo on your shirt but what is coming out of your nose. Right?

Amen to Brooks Brothers non-wrinkle dress shirts. Joseph A. Banks' non-wrinkle dress shirts are slightly better. So much saved time from not ironing my shirts. Since I have to be in a shirt, noose and suit from Monday to Friday. The minute I get home or on the weekend, I dress down. That's going from either Banana Republic (J. Crew, Gap, Express in between) to American Eagle. I buy whatever is on their sales rack. After working at a garment company, I don't see myself paying so much money for clothes unless I deemed it neccessary or of quality.

I used to dress in shorts and wear nothing but band shirts. Recently, I've started to dress my own age. I've been shopping mostly at Express and Puma. I might move up to Banana Republic, but there prices aren't justifiable for what you get. My usual attire consists of a nice pair of jeans, a polo, and maybe a jacket.

I actually just bought something similar this yesterday:
Puma

The only difference is mine is knit and its about 50$ more.
