as a junior and senior in high school i made 9$/hr + commission, which averaged to be $15/hr as a telemarketer for credit card company MBNA.

currently unemployed as a freshmen at university of calif: irvine. :-( but i would definitly never go back to being a telemarketer! it is good pay for teenagers, but definitely not worth it!

$36k city job right out of college in 2001, $51k (same job) currently.

Ok, it was 1984, paid $13,500 per year. Hotel/Restuarant Management Training Program. I earned a BS in Business majoring in Hotel Restaurant. After 9 months, I was up to $21,500.

Interns and residents (usually a four year term) don't make more than 45k. After residency, depending on specialty, salaries can be 100k (general practice) -400k (radiology, derm, anesth)...
