Well, Hoover seems to be posting that other sale as a "Pick Up" transaction. That bodes better for the potential buyer since they'd have to do business with him face-to-face IMO.



As for my own "resolution"...yes and no. I've received information from PayPal suggesting that Hoover has sent me reimbursement (and then some). However, I won't *know* the money is truly in my PayPal account and available to move over to my own savings account until Sept 17th (when Hoover's Echeck funds have been verified by PayPal). So, either I'm being reimbursed...or this is just further fraudulent actions (i.e. Offering $100 over and above nothin' is still nothin').

You can be sure that I'll update this thread on Wednesday or Thursday once PayPal has informed me of the status of the funds.
