once a scumbag... will always be a scumbag.. no matter if he sends you the money or not.... the fact that it took him over one month to settle this matter, well, it's not settled yet.. so speaking too fast... but yeah... i think his reputation for being a scam artist will tarnish him forever....

My friend, being that you and I have done business in the past, I hope this doesn't damper your feelings about trusting other S2Ki members. You've always given me a little leeways when I forgot my checkbook (still sorry about that).

But what I want to know is, DID HE GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER? Honestly, what kind of MORON would send nearly $500 through the mail and not put some sort of tracking number on it?

I feel for you my friend, I've been screwed by members as well...and good people are getting harder and harder to find.

Okay...now its Thursday 9/4. Hoover PM'd me that he'd mailed reimbursement back on [evening of] 8/23...and its now 9/4 and my daily mail has been delivered. Still no-show thus far. Given that based on Hoover's "Saturday evening" mailed I should assume it started towards me from Irvine, CA on Monday 8/25. Labor Day kinda screwed into this I'm sure...but I really hope I see this reimbursement show up Friday or Saturday. Otherwise, I am to assume that it takes 2 weeks for a piece of mail to make its way from coast to coast in this great nation

Yup...my patience hit the wall this afternoon when I went home to check my mail (like I've done for nearly 2 weeks now) since the day he indicated he mailed me reimbursement was Saturday [evening] of 8/23/03. Surely all of this has been one big joke for you, right? It is now Friday September 5th. I have religiously driven 30 minutes home during my lunch hour each day this week to check my mail. Now with easily 9 legitimate mailing days (that excludes Labor Day when the mail did not run), your reimbursement has STILL not arrived to me. Pictures of money orders made out to no one mean absolutely nothing to me. And they could still be sitting on your table for all I know. Thanks for sending it FedEx with a tracking number (...or any other means to assure an honest transaction). Your [suggested] action of mailing this to me, with no means to track the delivery, leave me no satisfaction nearly 2 weeks from the date you indicated you'd mailed reimbursement.

I'm done being nice. Expect to receive a registered letter from my attorney. I have been more than patient with you. And I have finally had my fill. It sure better have been worth it to you young man. Because you're going to see the inside of a courtroom over this entire affair. I have your address. I have already had a T.I.T.S. representative verify you live there and that they have seen your car parked there. I have retained every PM communication you and I have issued to one another over the last month and I will be forwarding that information to my lawyer as well. As I have never been deceived by a seller before, I've never gone to these lengths to bring a seller to court before, so I'm not sure if you will receive a summons in the mail or if you will be served by someone. But rest assured, its coming...and I hope you burn for it.

Although I am keeping the T.I.T.S. representative anonymous, here is a recent communication from him to me (because unlike you've played me for a month now, I have no intentions of having you believe this is all one big joke): Hi - my name's xxxx and I'm the one xxxx contacted about some "recon" work on Hoover. Well, last Wednesday I checked out the address he gave you and it's legit. At first I thought it was a business address b/c Grand Ave. is mostly businesses, but long story short, I saw him driving around and finally found his address. Took some pictures of his car parked at his apartment (which by the way is nowhere near the school he says he goes to - about 30 miles away - and even that doesn't matter b/c UCI is on break still). The list of mods in his sig is pretty accurate, so he was easily identifiable. Well anyway, if there's anything else I can help you with, just let me know.
