Well ...I guess Hoover is just continuing to show his true colors. I'd hoped this was all behind me. But as PayPal had initially indicated that the funds would be verified by Sept 17th last Friday evening...and now its the 17th...I checked PayPal.com again today.
Sure as sh1t, it seems apparent that Hoover is committing further fraud. I would interpret the following update from PayPal as an indication that Hoover did not have the funds in his bank account to cover that amount in the first place. I suspect that the date has only been moved to Sept 25th because PayPal is attempting to draw against Hoover's account a second time
