Fat Tire is a real good beer....has a nice toasted barley aftertaste to it...
Nice! Ft. Collins' finest! Love the New Belgium's "Sunshine Wheat" too. Been years since I've had anything from NBB.

another local beer here is the Twisted Pine Brewing Co, their TwistedPine stuff is darker and has a good roasted barley flav that i would normally NOT like but they seem to do it right, must be good have their t-shirt. Twisted Pine:

Mmmmmmmmm...beer. I used to really dig the Rogue beers, brutal bitter and dead guy ale, but a new discovery has spoiled me for ALL other beers. Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA. Far and away the best beer I have ever had. It is another 9% alcohol beer, and it has a full body that almost reminds me more of wine (and I'm an even bigger wine lover) than beer. Other beers now seem like a let down. If you can find it, I'd highly recommend giving it a try.
Dogfish Head is my favorite beer. However, I'm more into the 60min IPA vs. the 90.

Hoesgarten is some pretty good stuff too.

I agree on the Belgian beer route, they seem to have some of the best stuff out there.
