With work and study that keep me busy everyday, how possibly do you do that kind of extreme diet. Are you free everyday at home or something?

Eat more sensibly, move your ass a little more. If you go at it all the way, you might end up losing 40lb or more in the space of two months, but you wanna make sure that you're losing fat, not muscle tissue.

If you strave your body, it will most likely start eating out your muscles for the energy it needs. The fat gets burned up as a last resort.

I don't see why you couldn't make it a 6 month goal instead. You can still enjoy many of your favorite foods as long as you cut down on the real killers (sodas, etc...), and if you start doing a regular jog, then you'll lose the weight just fine. It'll take longer, but your body will appreciate the change all the better.

because he's going to the beach for the 4th of July and he wants to look not fat for the ladies.. but ironically, he will hook up with a fat chick.

I actually think I have three months. I have such a short time frame because we're doing the biggest loser competition at work and three months is the cutoff point.

So far on my diet I've had:
A huge salad with regular ranch, tons of cheese, eggs, bacon, and more ranch.
Four pieces of fried chicken, cheese brocolli pasta and bread and a beer to wash it down.
And right now I'm drinking coffe with like a dozen sugars in it with two creamers.

I think I'm going to fail.
