b yourself. The whole interview process is stupid. I heard recently that I didn't really interview strongly for my current job, but am the strongest hire they've had in a long time. The main thing was the primary recuiter saw something in me and kept pushing to get me the job.

I would also ask them about turn over in the department, and why the last mgr left, how long he/she was there and what they liked and didn't like about his/her work.
