take care in yesterday told my clutch popping is not fixed there ordering a part for it. Told that my top latch was fixed. ... part in stock.....
go to pick up car. * couldn't duplicate problem* clutch wasn't looked at. Part on order for top
WTF. they lied to me on the phone. liek the 4th time this has happend. so i take my car and vow to bring it back in the next few days when it is happpening.. NOT HAPPY.
honda rep calls today to check on satisfaction..... WELL I let her know how i feel. I keep bringing in my car and i get told thigns are fixed. WHen i pick it up. NOTHIGN has been done. I even showed the rep and he heard the problem. I told them how upset i am that this has happend liek 4 times already in the 5 or 6 i've brought it in. one time they droped a broom on my car. another they scratched it. She told me she woudl send it to the manager.... DAMN Stratight. just sucks b/c i'm 20 and no one takes me seriously. I drive my car carefully and very safe. ANd they are totally hosing me. I"m seriously debating asking for my money back for the extended warranty! YO!

One time when my dad was having the same problem with his truck he parked it with the wheels turned all the way to the right. When he went to pick it up it was in the same parking spot with the wheels turned all the way to the right. They finally fixed it.

What dealership are you having problems with? I've found a guy at Howdy Honda I ALWAYS ask for when I bring my car in and he's cool. I know pretty much everyone in there so I feel fairly confident in their service. That sucks though man, I hear ya about the age thing. I'm 22 but look like I'm 17 sometimes so it's all about finding someone that you feel comfortable talking to so that if anything happens you can bring the problems directly to them. I've also talked to the service manager every time I've been there just to let him know who I am and shoot the shit. I have to admit though, when I had my Infiniti, they did everything, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My next car will definently have a luxury branding. Might sound stupid, but it's worth having that peace of mind that things will get taken care of. I thought when I bought the S2000 I could do all the work on my own or find a shop I liked to bring it to, but I've been surprised that a lot of places don't know shit about our cars and so I always end up back at the dealer (not to mention they are close to home). Good luck man!!

thanks, i have a service rep i like alot but it seams like he tells me one thing and then the tech does another. this is the only dealer neer met hat is even reputable. Which upsets me. i even get a hard time here. i'm probably going in to talkt o the manager soon but i'm afraid that if i bitch too much there not goign to want to work on my car and want to dick me over b/c they think i'm not nice. when i just want my car repaired....ya know?

That's really good advice nick. Thanks, I plan to talk to the manager and take care of it all. I dont' want to be that bitchy customer. I just want to have an understanding that i WON"T be lied to ya know? I think the wrong way of going about it is to bitch and complain and to say how horrible they are. I always start out with waht they ahve done good. So they know i am pelased to a certain exctent. I met the tech last time i was in and my top was making this loud clanking noise. He said he drove it around and it wasn't doing it, so i had to skip lunch to go back over there. We drove it around and no it wasn't making the noise. Then i politely said. "have you looked at the top yet". and he said yah.. and i said... well i told the service rep that i thought this was the problem *points to loose fabrick on top* tech goes... OH YAh that's not right.... so it's like he'l take it for a spin around the block but not LOOK at the problem ya know?
