Try the double barrel version of the T-Rex, or better yet the 20x110mm Hispano, which makes the .50 cal look small.&feature=player_embedded

I'll go out on a limb here and say I love my Benelli Supernova Tactical. I shot my friends 500 Mariner and my Benelli is much more refined. The pump action is like night and day between the two. I've put about 500 rounds through mine and it has performed flawlessly. If I were you I'd try to shoot a few different guns and see what you like best.

Uh that benelli costs more than a 500 my friend... quite a bit if i'm not mistaken..

I have a 590, and had a maverick 88, both great guns. I prefer the Safety/action release on the mossy's over the 870.

Pistol grip alone.....meh
I forgot to mention that, the safety on the mossberg feels much more natural then the 870.

Meh... go for a Saiga 12... you'll thank me later
Semi-auto, magazine fed, based on the AK-47 platform, and extremely low recoil when using the pistol grip... They're pretty pricey (start at $500-650), but buying one and building it up is way fun imo... These three aren't pictures of mine, but you get the point as to what you can do with them... And yes, they are as reliable, if not more reliable than a pump (especially when you take short racking into consideration when in a stressful situation)
