^not necessarily.. Because, I'd also want to find something that runs also, and is reliable... 70's and some early 80's cars, might still be carbuerated, and I'm honestly trying to avoid that.. lol. Fuel Injected or Flinstone-powered... hahaha

Hopefully we won't be penalized for this car. We really did pay only $500 for the car and are trying to sell some of the parts to have a little extra money.

if you are looking for endurance I would look at an RX-7. I know they have a bad rep on this board, but the ones that people have not superboosted are good motors. I am sure you can find an FC cheap. If you do a 1st Gen you have to go with the GSL (I think the desigation is) that has the 13B not the 13A. 13A is carb. 13b is Fuel Injected. In NA form they are nearly impossible to kill.
