What ever you do don't take N20 explode before a PT test..... I did it once. It'll get you moving for sure. I maxed push-ups and sit-ups and ran a 13:15 in -8 weather while in Korea. The thing is you will be throwing up almost the whole way. Just remember if you run too fast you might get stuck in A group. I'm lucky my unit is full of broke mofo's so 15-16mins is B group pace

I thought of taking black powder before the work out. To get my pushups and sit ups maxed and to help leg fatigue for the run. I don't care if I puke after as long as I dominate for the test.

Black Powder? Well I would say if you take a pre-workout drink, like a mix or something, the first time always gives you the best boost. And pre-workout powders aren't meant to make you sick or crash.

The first time is pretty good but I only used half a scoop my first time. And I use more as I go with a max of two scoops. I haven't been on it in a while so I was figuring I'd use half a scoop before.
