I'm sorry that so many of you fail at picking up on Internet sarcasm.
What ever you do don't take N20 explode before a PT test..... I did it once. It'll get you moving for sure. I maxed push-ups and sit-ups and ran a 13:15 in -8 weather while in Korea. The thing is you will be throwing up almost the whole way. Just remember if you run too fast you might get stuck in A group. I'm lucky my unit is full of broke mofo's so 15-16mins is B group pace

Black Powder? Well I would say if you take a pre-workout drink, like a mix or something, the first time always gives you the best boost. And pre-workout powders aren't meant to make you sick or crash.
